We love Cadence Burr Ridge so warm and welcoming they have great community value and open communication with parents. The staff are friendly. They post great pictures on the app and fun learning activities.
We have been part of this daycare for more than three years, and I truly cannot say enough good things about them. My oldest daughter attended here, and now my two boys are enrolled as well, which says a lot about the trust and confidence we have in this place. We are extremely disappointed with our experience at Cadence Academy Preschool. From the beginning, communication was unclear and inconsistent, and it often felt like no one had the correct information. One of the biggest concerns was the constant shortage of teachers. There were multiple situations where it was obvious there was not enough staff, which raises serious concerns about supervision and the quality of care. As parents, that is unacceptable. Called to inquire about open spots and they requested all my and my child's info just to tell me if they have open spots, when I calmly expressed my frustration (mind you after I provided my full name and contact info) he hang up. With this attitude I'll take my business somewhere else. *editing this review from 1 star to 3 stars, only because the director contacted me to figure this out and was very nice and polite about this.
My son started in September 2025 and It was his first experience at a daycare. We loved cadence. Step by step, the teachers helped him to feel comfortable, he learned a lot and now he is very excited to coming back every morning. The staff is very professional, kind and great with kids.
