This team looks very professional. The online application system is excellent and you will immediately receive a text message from Sophia ( I think AI generated) that would be followed by an email. The only issue I had that no real person followed what Sophia has promised . I have been promised to be interviewed by a team member at 3:40 today so, I cancelled my shopping plan with my husband and set next to my computer and phone but didn’t receive any call. Cadence has always been so helpful and kind with my son. They understand childhood behaviors and really help children thrive and grow, they definitely don't just keep your kids occupied while you're at work. My son knows more letters, colors, shapes etc than my other child did by the same age at a different preschool. I appreciate them!

Terrible security. Anyone can walk in by following in previous parent. Employees do not follow or enforce the rule of no following. The keypad security measure does not work and is not feasible during busy times as parents are complacent and let anyone follow in after for convenience.

One teacher specifically ive watched put her hands on kids let kids leave her classroom and then YELL AT THEM. She which was my kid then she still has her job not to mention the disrespect I keep getting everyday im tired corporate won’t return calls the manager Stephanie doesn’t return calls emails aren’t returned so apparently these teachers can yell out there hands on kids and still keep their jobs
