I went in for a tour and the assistant director Eboni (which I didn't know her title at the time) was extremely rude to me. I rang the doorbell and said "Hi I am here for a tour" and she just said "ok" and hung up. When she let me in, she did not greet me or introduce herself she just handed me paperwork to fill out about my child. We absolutely love everything about Cadence. My daughter adores the teachers, and the directors are prompt with responding and so knowledgeable. As a first time mom I was nervous to leave my little lady all day, but this Cadence made that transition super smooth and we couldn’t be happier.
