Such a great childcare option in the area! Our toddler really enjoyed his time there. They document their day in an app, championed potty training, and integrated Christian music and crafts. My child has had so many times that he heard a worship song while at school, which makes my heart very happy. The staff are very professional, kind and attentive. Would highly recommend this location to anyone that came for full-time care!
My child has been attending this center for about 2 years now. Under previous ownership, the center was unorganized and chaotic. Leadership was hard to communicate with, and staff was constantly changing. With the location now being The Pillars, I feel much more comfortable and confident my child is in good hands. She absolutely loves her teachers and her friends. More importantly, my child has made significant improvement in her communication skills which shows how well the center’s curriculum is. I cannot say enough great things about Pillars Boerne Stage Rd. From their organizational skills to the level of care and professionalism. A special thank you to the Director Mrs. Adriana who went above and beyong in every aspect, specially helping me with billing matters something that corporate billing department couldnt help. And last but not least to the teacher Mrs Sue. That she is the main reason my kids want to go back every summer.
Sharing this so other families keep an eye on their billing. Our daughter finished the program and left on May 22. We were charged the next day (which I assumed was the final payment), and then charged again on May 30, June 6, June 13, and June 20 — after she was no longer enrolled... or so we thought. On June 2 the location director told us she'd unenroll our daughter and send a reversal form by email; it never came.
