I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism shown by the daycare director. On multiple occasions, her behavior has been rude and dismissive toward parents, which is concerning and unacceptable in a childcare setting. What makes this even more frustrating is that the teachers themselves are responsible, caring, and genuinely supportive. They clearly care about the children and do their jobs well. I am so grateful for the staff at coastal Academy! My son attends this preschool and he has learned so much. It’s very impressive when he comes home and I see what he’s learned. I also am most impressed with the staff, including the teachers and the management. They are so nurturing and caring, which is what children at a young age really need. The school always looks beautiful. It’s always clean and decorated and they always have fun activities for the kids.
We love it here! The whole staff is so wonderful and caring! They have been a blessing to our family. My son has just grown so much just by being here. He is just blossoming and is so happy. They do so many crafts, circle time, planned events, planned activities, and lots of outdoor time and fun. They really treat it like it is school and he is definitely learning and developing so much.
