Apparently you guys dont have someone working in billing on Mondays making it impossible for us to make a payment that has to be paid by Monday otherwise we will be fined for not paying on time. We aren't in a position yet to set up auto pay, so you guys need to have someone working in billing on Mondays so we can make a payment on time with out getting fined. You want us to pay on time? Get someone in there on Mondays.
