I was hesitant to put my 3-year-old in preschool after she just turned 3 but the director and her teacher as well as staff here are all so kind and so far, it has been a wonderful experience for our family. It is also very easy with the communication with the admin staff. I am glad I put her in school so that she can have social interactions and learn! We’ve had such a wonderful experience here. Every staff member we’ve interacted with has been incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. When my son moved into a new room I was so anxious about how he would adjust, but his teacher and the director went above and beyond by sending updates throughout the day. That thoughtfulness meant the world to me and gave me such peace of mind while I was at work. Every morning we’re greeted with a smile and a kind hello which sets such a positive tone. Had to take my son out back in mid November we had to call due to charges when he that was taken out after he was removed they said they had noticed it was supposed to get ahold of us but now every time i call i get told it ain't here because of the holidays or because a member of the team is out or they keep saying 3-5 days. Again should have been taken care of in November very unhappy with how this is being handled

I would have given this place 4-5 stars, bc while my son was there he was treated very well in the toddler 1 & 2 room but once we withdrew him from the daycare they still charged us for about two weeks while he did not attend. Whole trying to get this money back we have been tossed around and around and it has been longer than a month trying to get back more than $500 (not chump change) and it has set us back so bad with bill and especially during the holiday season but there is no rush for them.
