Cadence is a good daycare for overall program and care for children, but it seems like all they care about is money. I put my 2 year old in this academy for 3 weeks until I took him out for many reasons. 1. On an academy tour to see the daycare that I would put my child in, my daughter handed one of the staff members my child’s vaccination record. I was hesitant to put my 3-year-old in preschool after she just turned 3 but the director and her teacher as well as staff here are all so kind and so far, it has been a wonderful experience for our family. It is also very easy with the communication with the admin staff. I am glad I put her in school so that she can have social interactions and learn! We’ve had such a wonderful experience here. Every staff member we’ve interacted with has been incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. When my son moved into a new room I was so anxious about how he would adjust, but his teacher and the director went above and beyond by sending updates throughout the day. Had to take my son out back in mid November we had to call due to charges when he that was taken out after he was removed they said they had noticed it was supposed to get ahold of us but now every time i call i get told it ain't here because of the holidays or because a member of the team is out or they keep saying 3-5 days. Again should have been taken care of in November very unhappy with how this is being handled
