We’ve had such a wonderful experience here. Every staff member we’ve interacted with has been incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. When my son moved into a new room I was so anxious about how he would adjust, but his teacher and the director went above and beyond by sending updates throughout the day. Had to take my son out back in mid November we had to call due to charges when he that was taken out after he was removed they said they had noticed it was supposed to get ahold of us but now every time i call i get told it ain't here because of the holidays or because a member of the team is out or they keep saying 3-5 days. Again should have been taken care of in November very unhappy with how this is being handled

I would have given this place 4-5 stars, bc while my son was there he was treated very well in the toddler 1 & 2 room but once we withdrew him from the daycare they still charged us for about two weeks while he did not attend. Whole trying to get this money back we have been tossed around and around and it has been longer than a month trying to get back more than $500 (not chump change) and it has set us back so bad with bill and especially during the holiday season but there is no rush for them.

Love the kids and teachers but when I tell you do not come in as a floater, please take that advice. I (on multiple occasions) gave 10 minute breaks to a lot of staff (while being pregnant) and when I took care of that I would remind management I still haven’t had one. I would be ignored and told what room to go let a teacher get off work. I’m not sure what happened but it felt pretty unfair. Teachers waited 20+ extra minutes once for the kiddos lunch. We have had our 2 children in Cadence for over a year and a half and within that time have had a great experience. We had a rough adjustment with our then 18 month old when he started as he had never been enrolled in daycare before. During those first few weeks I received daily updates and calls to help ease the transition. Anytime I have had a concern or question Kristen or Stephanie have been quick to respond not only with empathy but with action.
