Poor Communication and Cleaniness. My 7 month old daughter went for 3 days got sick with strep throat. We removed her and explained to them why we were taking her out. But yet each week they are still charging my account $453.00 a week!! Poor communication skill. And my experience of working with the Director wasn’t great including now. Otherwise I still wouldn’t be getting charged each week and having to call them had she handled her job properly the 1st. Time.
Our kids love going to Cadence Academy! They have learned so much there and they adore their teachers, too.
Would definitely recommend Cadence Academy! The teachers and director are kind, informative, and are always doing fun activities/projects. My daughter loves it! Plus I love the app they use so I can see her schedule and pics throughout the day!
The teachers and staff here are wonderful. Our daughter loves coming here and seeing her friends and teachers and I've never once felt worried about her safety after dropping her off
As a former police officer and investigator, I spent a considerable amount of time researching and vetting this daycare. I looked into the state rankings/reviews, and even called the Police Department to confirm there were no offense reports associated with this location.
