We have had our kiddos here for 4 years, and have personally always had a good experience. There were definitely some growing pains with the transition in ownership and administration, which I suspect contributed to some of the less favorable reviews, but I think things have settled out and I really like the direction things are going. I think the director genuinely cares about fostering a positive environment for both the staff and families, and I have found her to be kind, communicative, and hands-on. I have called them, shown up at Cadence and their director (Tina) is uncommunicative. I have heard "we will get back to you" for months without any communication. The regional director (Allison), who I only contacted once blocked my email and it was a pleasant email as I had no reason to be rude. I have heard this as a pattern along with a number of other concerns (check ECC site). Please consider sending your kids elsewhere.

Our daughter has attended Luminous Learners for the past 4 years. We have enjoyed everything about this school: environment, teachers, staff, other families. The communication from administration has been great even through a global pandemic. The staff and director are doing everything they can to maintain a wonderful, supportive, caring environment for the children. Every teacher/classroom that we have had has been amazing. My family would highly recommend this school.
