Will be looking for a new daycare . Since Natasha left it has went completely down hill ! My daughter was left dehydrated outside for a few days at a time due to them letting a child drink everything out her cup ! They combined all class rooms due to lack of staff which caused my son to go backwards behavior wise . A count of 13 or more kids on that small playground . I want to warn other families about the environment here. Management consistently allows favoritism and unprofessional behavior. Staff like Lizabeth and Jessica are openly defended, even after displaying inappropriate conduct that other employees and parents have raised concerns about. Instead of addressing issues, leadership chooses to ignore complaints and silence those who speak up. This creates a toxic environment that isn’t healthy for children or staff. You won’t have any consistent teachers ever I hated the service especially the teacher Lizbeth’s, who was extremely rude and very micro aggressive and definitely has a lot of issues her life seems very difficult lots of miserableness
Bad management ( nephew went here ) they don’t care about anything and they talk about absolutely nothing. They will probably say I don’t have documentation here .. I JUST SAID I DON’T my nephew went here. They are very overpriced for horrible service as well. They excuse a lot of things and only care about money or their own reputation. I remember one time they had lice and didn’t tell parents but we found out later because they were scared to lose money if they shut down and put a warning out.
