My child has been going to Cadence since spring of 2024, in the infant and toddler rooms. I really like a lot of the teachers we've had. They post photos and updates throughout the day which makes me so happy. The Director Hope has been wonderful and down-to-earth when I've talked with her. I like her a lot and can see the improvements she's made since she joined at the beginning of 2025. The school has special programs and events often which keeps things fun and fresh.
Horrible, dirty, terrible upper management!
Previous employee with Alicia as director, 2024. This was an awful experience for me and my kids. Unclean and unkind place. My co-worker also quit this daycare to protect her sanity and safety. Also, they can't turn the lights off in any of the rooms during naptime at any of the Cadences, and Alicia threw away the sound machines because she didn't like hearing them from her office. So all the kids struggle to sleep. They also can't have boppys because they don't trust their employees to watch the babies in them.
As a parent, I couldn't be happier with this school. It feels like a family as soon as you walk in, the staff is welcoming and friendly and love their jobs, the director is AMAZING. The front staff are kind and helpful, they treat every child like one of their own. The education my son has received is top notch, and it really is a place that feels as nurturing as home.
