We have been at this facility over 7 years with two children. While no daycare is perfect, our experience has always been more positive than negative and there have been several teachers over this time who have loved our kids and gone above and beyond to make their experience great. Our kids have always been safe and the facility is always clean. The current assistant director Alex is truly wonderful and works so hard to make the school a warm and inviting place. I just wanted to say after my child getting kicked out but the director Leo due to my hostility once he tried to defend a teacher HITTING my child, my child is now at learning jungle and the teachers are marvelous after dealing with staff who had no proper training. His new teachers and director asked why we switched locations for meck prek at a short notice and of course I let them know how they treated my child and made it seem as he was a bad kid. My son has attended Cadence for the last 3 years. We have loved every single one of his teachers. The new management is top notch too! Very organized and communicative to parents. Highly recommend!
I highly recommend Cadence Academy, Raintree to any family seeking quality care for their children. The staff is exceptional - warm, welcoming, and truly treat you like part of their extended family. The children are actively engaged in learning and fun activities throughout the day. My kids absolutely love coming to school here.
my son has attended since he was 1. started in July 2022 & was recently just kicked out as of June 2025. The way my child has been treated is completely unacceptable. As I understand my child has issues w behavior/following directions when he’s feeling stubborn, it has NEVER been this bad.
