We feel incredibly lucky to have found this daycare for our daughter. She started when she was 18 months old, and from the very beginning, the staff has gone above and beyond to make her (and us!) feel welcome, safe, and loved. I have worked at Cadence Academy for 6 years. I have worked at other childcare centers and there is nothing like this community. I am grateful for the close bonds I have with children’s and families. I can’t say enough about how much the Directors do for the teachers. Katelyn and Madison are flexible and understanding. I couldn’t recommend Cadence Academy more for anyone looking for childcare or for anyone looking to work with children.

I don't know if people tell you this, but your center is just so extraordinary compared to the norm. There was never a doubt in our minds that Daphne was not only safe and being taken care of, but that she was also engaged, encouraged, and enjoyed by every staff member there. We can't thank you all enough for the dedication you have for our kids. I hope that all of your other families are aware that there is something special about Giant Steps that you just don't see anywhere else, and that can't be taken for granted!
