Cadence Academy has been nothing short of attentive, respectful and amazing. I don’t have to worry once I drop my child off because I know he will be well taken care of. I recommend this facility to every parent that I can. I am so happy to have found this facility.
You have the hire the best to be the best, and they - are - the BEST! We have been part of the Cadence family for six years now. Cadence Academy in Burlington has been nothing but great . I never have to worry when I drop my daughter off in the toddler program. Everyone is so nice and friendly, very communicative and I appreciate all the pictures and updates I receive throughout the day. The staff and admin are great with answering questions and keeping families updated on events and monthly happenings. Very greatful for Ashlie, the director, for all her support to make my family feel like apart of the Cadence Family.
I would give it a 0 if I was able to. My daughter has been with cadence sense she was 6 months old. With switch of Management a few years ago this place has COMPLETELY went down hill. There is absolutely NO communication with the director. They have 5 changes of management over the last year. They owe me money and I still haven’t received it and it’s been over 8 months! Ms. Mary Beth, teacher of toddler 5, is an amazing teacher who brought my daughter so far from being in this class only 3 months. She learned amazing skills such as potty training, numbers, letters, days of the week, shapes, and so many more things I can't even mention here.
