Super professional place. When I called this morning before they opened i was leaving a voice message and someone answered mid message. She was able to answer my questions and provide the services we've been looking around from chico to redding for. These ladies were quick to help us and get the service we needed. Super grateful. Thank you for providing my daughter with something she's been bugging me for for the past year. She is happy so I am happy.
I came here previously for a nose piercing and today exchanged my piercing for another one. The body piercer Baby G was the one who pierced my nose and exchanged mine and she is awesome! She answered all my questions (I had a lot) and explained how everything worked. Additionally, the woman with blond hair and glasses at the front was very friendly :) thank you for a good atmosphere! A good place to go for piercings ✨
I had the best amazing experience with Lexi today! Last summer I unfortunately had my bellybutton piercing ripped out. I gave my bellybutton a year to heal to be safe. I called today and spoke with Lexi, she was so helpful with all my questions. I was so happy with Lexi I knew I wanted her to do my piercing. Lexi did an amazing job, it didn't hurt I barely felt it, and it looks amazing. Thank you Lexi for an amazing experience and being so helpful and professional.
Clean shop knowledgeable and friendly staff made the experiance fun. Will definitely return!
