Absolutely amazing sports massage from the lovely Ellie! she is honestly the best kept secret around. She has an incredible ability to find the exact problem areas and gets right to the spot that needs work. I walked in feeling tight and sore and left feeling completely loosened up and refreshed. Super knowledgeable, professional, and really knows what she’s doing. If you’re dealing with knots, tension, or sports-related aches, I can’t recommend her enough!
Superb care and service by a highly skilled and professional team. I have experienced episodes of thoraic back pain treated by them in the past and am currently recuperating from a fractured ankle each treated with skill, kindness and encouragement. I recommend the team very highly

After years of suffering with really bad shoulder pain I had some sessions with Kate and Tom who were both incredibly helpful. Both the actual physio side and gym sessions with Tom were great and have done my shoulder wonders. All of the pain and issues I was having have all gone - couldn’t recommend them more!
