I had severe back pain over a bank holiday weekend and ended up completely immobile with a recurring lower back issue from a few years ago. Kate booked me in early to a cancelled appointment slot, listened to exactly what was wrong and helped hugely in relieving the pain with various techniques during our appointment. I now have a plan in place to get moving again and follow up booked to review and have woken up this morning more mobile and able to move around again for short periods. Absolutely brilliant
I had a bike fit with Tom. This was an absolute treat. A few tweaks of the bike (and me) and my back is no longer a problem. What a difference. Thank you.
Mummy MOT - Nicky has worked wonders with some really debilitating abdominal pain, which since treatment, are no longer troublesome. I’ve also seen her for general physio and she’s been incredibly helpful with really beneficial insight and treatment. Thank you Nicky and Cadbury 👏
Kate and her team offer a great class when it comes to Cadbury Pilates, after suffering with a spinal issue a few years back these classes as well as physiotherapy actually helped me avoid major spinal surgery, the classes were calm and thorough and could be tailored to everyone’s ailments plus each teacher was very knowledgable and empathic too. I would throughly recommend.
