Epic. Yes, they are a bit more expensive than some, but Cactus gear is serious no-nonsense built-to-last kit that is made in Chch and can be repaired in Chch. I've been done the road of buying the cheaper, more feature-filled gear in the past and not only did I find it more likely to let me down but I got sick of sending things back for repair only to have the same issues arise again after a while. Paying a little more upfront for Cactus gear has proved absolutely worth it in the long run. Highly, highly recommended.
A really cool little store with nice, high quality outdoor/workwear. A good chat with the salesguy and the store-dog made my experience perfect. 😁 I left with a NZ made 1/4 Zip wool Jersey. Would definitely recommend.
