I had been saving up to buy a pair of Supertrousers and finally made the trip to Fieldays to get them. To my surprise, Rob himself was there helping out! He took the time to help me find the perfect size and even did the hemming for free on the spot. Incredible service and top-quality gear — I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I appreciate the invite to the Beers & Repairs event. It sounds like a great initiative. However, my original feedback about everyday customer service feeling uninviting still stands. I hope the friendly vibe of events like this carries over into regular shopping experiences, too. For now, however, I will stick with online options. Otherwise, I wish the team well. After being advised to visit Ponsnoby on our travels around NZ ,my daughter and I were really looking forward to a nice relaxing day out after taking in all the incredible sights NZ has to offer , but to be honest we were completely underwhelmed by the unfriendly shop assistant's working in Ponsnoby!!
