At 5:45 this morning at highway 31west at Loop 323 in Tyler my light was green on the Loop. One of your trucks came off of 31 west through a red light and across three lanes to the left lane. Never slowed down. He went back to a place on the corner of Earl Campbell Road and Old Noonday. What is going on?? This is unacceptable. He is driving reckless. He is very close to the Transportation Department for a school district where buses are in that area all the time. Sickening.
