I searched for months for emtbs called shops all over and this was the first one who actually broke down what was best and why especially when it came to my wife's ebike. Was just in it for a quick sale lots of knowledge there and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone
I went buy a bike part and the owner was supper nice.
I purchased a brand new bike through this place, one month ago. I have had nothing but problems for the first two weeks, with it more at the shop than at my place. I asked to have my money back on the bike after the first week and two major issues, but Steve refused. I would strongly suggest/recommend going elsewhere for your biking needs. Would rate zero stars if possible.
Great customer service ! I got a flat tire on my folding bike about half an hour before closing time and was told to bring it in ! They did have the special size inner tube I needed and repaired the tire right away while I waited! Wonderful experience !
