As a long-standing member since 2017, I've been a valued customer of the credit union Since 2017. Despite having substantial equity of $112000 in my home, I'm facing challenges with a tax sale due Sept 24 to serious health issues and being fully disabled. Closed my checking account here all they do is sneak you with over draft fees when ur account isn’t supposed to even have an over draft feature then they wanna tact insurance premiums on auto loans. N charge people $300 a month when they got there own insurance already filed a complaint with the BBB don’t go here for a auto loan this bank only takes care of the old people that been with them for a long time l
Abby L. From the loan department was very condescending and rude. Not professional for your employees to talk and assist customers that are having troubles. Especially customers that are trusting CACL with their funds and loans.
Kelly Stidham was wonderful in assisting with my recent loan. She was very attentive to all my concerns and was available whenever I had a question or needed assistance. She made the process easy and with minimal stress. CACL in general has been a wonderful institution to work with and the individuals they employ are very personable and helpful as compared to many other institutions, whose employees are rude and unhelpful.
