Horrible communication. Always overturning staff - a new nurse every time. My experience with the first nurse was great, no headaches, smooth process. But then she resigned and the nurses from then on (some still being at the Caci school??) I was left with bad headaches for a week. When inquiring about the headaches I was told it was normal. They never sent me an invoice and when I tried to change my membership to be less treatments per year, they wouldn't change it over the phone, or book me in a consultation to change. Tol... read more
