Let me just first start off by saying if I could give 10 stars, I would! I cannot say enough about the incredible experience I had with Caché House of Dresses! From the moment I walked in, I was treated very kind and with respect. The fact that I was dressed down wearing a warm up suit and baseball cap, didn’t matter. This is the cutest and friendliest place I’ve ever been to! The whole experience feels so personal and one-on-one, making it an absolute pleasure to shop here. The dress selection is stunning, and the customer service is truly exceptional—they went above and beyond to meet my needs. Illiana’s energy is amazing; she’s so delightful and made the experience even better. I highly recommend this place!
Out of the tens of places I went to for my prom dress, this is the only store that had what I needed! The customer service was great and my dress came on time as well. She showed me options of what I wanted allowing me to order exactly what was up to my taste and I loved that. Beautiful store, owner is very sweet and helpful. I did realize that I was seriously overcharged for my dress though. I ended up seeing it online for 1/4 the price. It obviously needs to be marked up for profit, but I think it was excessively marked up. The dress was beautiful and it fit perfectly based on the size she ordered vs my measurements. She has unique dresses and a large variety.
Liliana is an amazing person inside and out! Her store has unique pieces that will make you feel beautiful and sexy for any ocassion. Go, enjoy the time, and try the dresses, it will not dissapoint!
