I had an appointment and waited over 2 hours and still was not called on. My time was waisted and the receptionist was extremely condescending telling me to have patience after waiting over 2 hours on a Saturday!!! Terrible customer service.
I've done my taxes here for many years and I'm extremely satisfied with their service and the care they put into their work!
