I get cabs from Heathrow to My Accommodation a lot and know the price varies between £80 - £95. Get to my location and the meter says £207.40. I said my concern of how expensive it was but the driver just said it was normal. I didn’t want to argue so just paid so he would unlock the car. I don’t like to leave a negative review but this service is really daylight robbery.
Scammed my kids in London. Asked hotel for black taxi to airport. Got this scammer and paid 250 pounds for what should’ve been 140. People truly suck. These people definitely are evil. It’s not a London black taxi. Steer clear.
Overcharging scalpers. Paid £200 for a 40 minute trip.
Bit rude on phone , but better service and friendly when I did eventually showed up to have something fitted.
Today we took a taxi from Euston station to Vincent Square . The fare was 24.40. The driver did not help us with the luggage in or out.He kept on about gratuity and had to pay using the calculator. We only wanted to pay 25. I notice that my card had been charged 49.40. The receipt he gave was a blank piece of paper. Very sad reputation for your company
