Unprofessional and Incompetent I have edited this review to account for the owners response. This review was originally about a listing purchased online, that was then canceled by the shop. When a listing appeared on their ebay account, I had assumed it was the same item some time later, this was incorrect and I was wrong. Came by today to see one of the only brick and mortar model railroad hobby shops. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn't need any help, but a couple where there and they were given alot of great information about the hobby. My disappointment was the lack of amount of items on the shelves. The selections are scarce, and what is available is still at cost.
Staff here was very helpful. They didn't have what I needed but they went out of their way to explain exactly what I needed as well as where to get it.
