On website it states they ship same day. Paid for two day shipping. Four days later nothing not an email or phone call. Logged on to track and says it’s in packaging still.called them and got the run around. Anything small may be fine as you don't pay exorbiant shipping fees. Even for large packages, you can't do pickup either. Shipping costs is almost 2/3rds the product cost out of province, in-province it's >1/3rd. That's a lotta $ being turned away. I'm trying to give them money but they make it close to impossible.
Ordered some 3D printer filament twice. Cheapest price on the internet and it was shipped quickly and has worked great.
