Unfortunately we were never able to meet Stephen. He sent us his version of DocuSign. My wife and both tried signing this on our phone. This signing process was not mobile friendly. So after signing this incorrectly this frustrated him. So with a snark email he said to resign and take our time. My wife did not understand the mobile signing was still not working.
