There is absolutely nothing positive I can say. If i could do negative stars... I ended up with Comcast. Not from these crooks either.
These people were contracted to install my satellite by Dish Network. Apparently the satellite was improperly installed and fell, causing damage to my roof, gutter and awning. It's been more than 3 months and I am still awaiting payment for my claim. I spoke with Rafael regarding the status of my claim, he was extremely rude. Dish has definitely lost a customer.
