I am so grateful to have found Krista! She immediately pinpointed the issues that were causing my pain and came up with an effective plan to get me back in good shape. I found Krista after many months of lower back and knee pain. A friend recommended pilates and suggested that I start with an instructor with a PT background. Boy did I get more than I had anticipated from my visits with Krista. She worked through my pain issues through massage and PT and then helped me start pilates to maintain and recover from the physical issues she helped me with. She is very knowledgable and an intuitive healer and helped me more than I could ever express in a review on Google.
My visits here were very helpful with my recovery. A combination of PT manipulation with pilates-based exercises that I can do anywhere made a big difference. Krista is very perceptive and tailored therapy each session to target and improve specific issues to treat the global problem. What I also enjoyed is being able to spend longer time per session compared with other providers. I highly recommend.
I have been seeing Krista for 5 years after about 10 years of looking for a PT who could actually figure out my body. After a lot of money and many years, I found her! Krista is incredible at what she does and knows what to do even if you are not a typical case. I had major lower back and neck pain and had to hang up my running shoes...forever I thought.
