Service SUCKS!!!! My neighbor had new internet service and they ran a line across my yard over 2 months ago to connect to his house. I have called the local office, by the way doesn’t have anyone there, I have called the corporate office in Phoenix which only has a leave message option and have called technical support which works from home and had them get in contact with the dispatcher to send someone out. I have received so much predatory spam mail from the jerks at this address, I wouldn't purchase internet service from them if they were the last ISP on Earth!

I do not use this service but i think its really cool how they send letters saying "ACTION REQUIRED" and you look up the address it brings up an IRS center. So you open the letter thinking its important but no it just says Im one step away from Sparklights most reliable internet... like i get sending junk mail but how is this allowed?

Kudos to Customer Service Technical Technician Barbara B. She walked me and my husband through the process of hooking up and activating a new modem and a Tri Band Mesh Wifi system this morning. She was very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to work with her. I'd give her 10 stars if I could. She is awesome!

Worked there for 4 years and wasn't paid enough to afford a 1 bedroom apartment, meanwhile I sat in many meetings with executive Peter Witty where he would talk about the mansion he had built next to a lake, which was not his only house. I was harassed and bullied by another employee until I was forced to quit. Worst experience of my life.
