They greet you on whether they think you will spend money or not. They were so very wrong in their assessment and so i walked out and they lost a sale. Odd behavior from women who get paid 30 dollars an hour at the most working in retail. What justifies your rudeness? Doesn't help you or the company you work for.
I normally don’t leave reviews, however this experience stood out, especially for an outlet store. I recently visited the Cable store in Elsternwick and received excellent customer service, even though it was a very busy Saturday. It is obviously popular due to the outlet pricing and discounts off recommended retail prices. The staff were not pushy and still made me feel like I was given the time and attention I deserved.
