I purchased an executive chain a few years ago. Since then, have been very happy with the chair .. Unfortunately the casters gave out, and even though the chair was surely out of warrenty, Cabinfield spoke with the builder and sent 5 new Casters. Thank you for caring Cabinfield
My bedroom set arrived dented and with chips taken out of the legs. One of the legs was even glued back together after someone had clearly splintered off a large chunk of it. I contacted Cabinfield and was treated rudely and it was implied that I had damaged the furniture myself **and glued it back together. No offer for compensation or resolution. We recently purchased a few pieces of furniture from Cabinfield Woodworking and I have to say that we are very impressed by the Heirloom Quality of each of the pieces that we’ve received. We ordered press back chairs and they are beautiful and well built. The delivery was reasonable and arrived within the time stated.
Purchased a beautiful writing desk with hutch. The workmanship is amazing and the entire deciding, buying, and delivery process was very easy. If you want incredible furniture, this is the place. I actually have 2 more pieces being delivered at the end of the month. I can hardly wait!
