i arrived right at 1530 when they normally stop receiving but they were very nice. Welcomed me in, explained what to do and they literally unloaded the 25 bundles in just 7 minutes. I had NO ISSUES here whatsoever even with a last minute arrival
A bit confusing in the beginning but they will explain where to go. Attention truck drivers entrance is from S Cleveland Massillon R ONLY !
The loader is very rude along with the other guy. I won't go back to deliver a load to this lumber. They should educated their workers to give respect to drivers whose purpose is to deliver the products to their yard.
