Same as other reviewer, we also tried to buy a bed here but after three calls requesting information, and with the promise each time that a "manager would call later today with the answer", we were never contacted. The email address for the company bounced back when trying to contact them, and the call center can't seem to get ahold of them.

We tried to buy a bed here but after three calls requesting information, and with the promise each time that a "manager would call later today with the answer", nothing. They apparently didn't much want our business. That's why competition is a good thing - we'll go elsewhere.

This is only to even out the 5 star review. I just called and spoke to customer service and there is no showroom, so don't know what the 5 star review lady is talking about.
