Cute selection, unfortunately the lady at the counter was rather rude. I’ve been looking for the perfect pair of sunnies. I saw some in the window and went in to have a look. While I was trying on a pair, she blurted out “those range from $200 to 300”. It came off as if she was profiling me and asking me to put them down instead of asking me if I need assistance or if I’d like some more information. Lost a customer.
Sooo disappointed today. My husband had looked at hats for his birthday at Cabin (helped by a lovely assistant) but wanted me to help choose. We had been in Noosa looking and he saw some he liked but decided to support our local shop. Sadly today when we went in today and the person behind the counter was too busy talking to a friend the entire time we were there and offered no help whatsoever. So we’ve gone back to the Men’s Room in Noosa, ended up buying 2 hats and the Finska game.
