I booked this motel for a friend’s daughters, but unfortunately their experience was very unsettling. When they arrived, there was no staff on site, so they had to call someone for assistance. Eventually, they were given a code to access the property. Once inside their second-floor room, they found that most of the lights were not working—only the bathroom light turned on. We stayed here for our son‘s Coast Guard basic training graduation. The room was amazing clean and quiet. It can be very hit or miss with locally owned places to stay. This place was top notch would highly recommend.
Hello, Went by the office for check out and office is closed. This is notifying you guys we have checked out prior to 11am. There is feedback that I believe you guys should be made aware of as it impacted our stay with your motel. I’m not too sure what your cleaners cleaned as the bathroom was disgusting and had dirt and dust everywhere. There was enough dust in the vent to make a dust bunny.
