Great service! I live far out of town and ordered items on-line for in-store pick-up by a friend that was travelling to Calgary in the near future. Unfortunately, the on-line order status said the items would not be there in time, so I called and was quickly answered by a team member named "Sherry". She informed me the items were in stock and that she set them aside so my friend could pay and pick-up and I could just cancel my online order. This was beyond my expectation in current times! Thank You!
