I never - ever write reviews but I have to share . If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ll try to make this the Cole’s notes version. In Dec/25 I ordered $260 boots online for my husband, for x-mas in a size 9. I received a size 8. Not a big deal, mistakes happen. I called and they kindly sent me a fed ex return label to ship the 8’s back & promised a size 9 be sent right away. I got a new pair - went to wrap them and they are another size 8 & now I don’t have a x-mas gift. I called they said they would send me a size 9 AGAIN ... read more
