Customer service is terrible cashier was terrible ,boots was bad had to search for someone to help me will not go back
I have been into this Cabela's 4 times now with the same questions. Today I still couldn't find help either. I gentleman got annoyed and said it wasn't his dept. and walked away. This has happened every time I've went. What do you have to do to get service? I'm going to have to find a better place. Fishing shouldn't be this frustrating.
This store is great. They have a very large selection of items. Came here with my grandfather and brother here one time. They have lots of fishing poles.
I was a long time Black card user but since the merge Cabelas and Bass Pro the customer service has gone down hill. I am an FFL licensee and I reside in California. CA law I can not sell a gun to a nonresident. I drove 700+ miles took a 28 ga Benelli shotgun up to Tualatin, Oregon Cabelas store. So my Sister-in-law who was in the store with me, so she could do the paperwork to transfer ownership of the firearm. SCOT the store manager refused to do the transfer, store policy. Normally I like going here. But don't try to call the firearms department unless you want to listen to the phone ring for a long time and then get hung up on.
Giant selection of clothes, camping equipment, hunting accessories, and other miscellaneous items you wouldn't normally see in stores. The variety in products helps when choosing but the prices are a lot higher than most other stores or online, but it's nice to be able to make a comparison in person rather reading about each item.
I am what is considered a "snow bird" owning both a home in NY and one in FL. I have unrestricted pistol permits in both NY and FL. I bought guns from this store and they said they were completely checked over . The 1st gun had receiver and bolt problems . The 2nd gun they said had been inspected completely , this gun every screw on the scope and on the stock was loose and the stock screw behind the trigger guard was stripped out . The gun was also suppose to have been laser bore sighted and it was cranked as far to the left and as far down as it would go . I have had the worse possible customer service and the will not even reply to my E-mail .
