Useless incompetence at it's finest. They sent me an inflated property tax bill and I appealed it. When they sent the decision letter it had another taxpayer's name on it. If you're so careless you can't get the simple details correct there's no telling how mucked up MY property eval is 😳
No one will help you here. I have never had one good experience in cabrus county bunch of snakes and pigs.
I received no letters of a fee due and they added civil fees which is quadruple my original fee. I don't understand why a notice wouldn't be a certified letter, when the only letter I received was a certified letter with the Civil fees included.
