Had an issue with payment being received from the USPS. Crystal was very helpful in getting the problem resolved.
I had the pleasant experience with this office. Idk why people not giving good reviews. Cause the staffs were all friendly polite and very helpful. I loved the building it has history and beautiful aesthetic. It was super fast too I don’t have to stay on line or nothing. It was super quick.
Useless incompetence at it's finest. They sent me an inflated property tax bill and I appealed it. When they sent the decision letter it had another taxpayer's name on it. If you're so careless you can't get the simple details correct there's no telling how mucked up MY property eval is 😳
No one will help you here. I have never had one good experience in cabrus county bunch of snakes and pigs.
