Après recommandation de notre compatriote Justine qui a laissé le dernier commentaire ci-dessous, nous pouvons certifier que l'intégralité des membres de "l'amicale des français de France de Cornwall" a pu découvrir cette érablière suite à notre visite du jour. Amicale qui a pu grandir d'un membre supplémentaire fin 2024, passant de 3 à 4. Le dernier membre en question, notre petit bébé Victoria de 3 mois, a pu donc humer les bonnes vapeurs sucrées qui émanent du bassin d'eau d'érable et de l'évaporateur. We stopped in during an early spring drive. So glad we did! Friendly, welcoming family business. They gave us a tour/explanation of the sugaring off process and took the time to answer our many questions, sharing a genuine love of the forest. We capped the visit off with some taffy, and left with a bottle of delicious syrup. A fantastic experience!
Did a guided tour with my daughters guide unit. The guide was engaging and knowledgeable fielding questions from kids and adults alike. The farm is beautiful, the process is amazing and the syrup is beautiful. Best of all, you can see the genuine love if the forest and its produce that they have. Many thanks
