Went there to pick up boots I had ordered online. They ended up being too small and the sweet lady exchanged them for me right there without issue. I took my kids back to get boots the next day. The same lady was amazing helping them pick boots and belts, taking the time to make sure they had the proper sizes. The prices were extremely reasonable too for great quality leather. Will definitely be coming back.

Never buy anything from this store. They have a zero return or exchange policy save your time and money and go elsewhere
Went in to buy women boots and Mari was very kind in helping us. She answered all our questions in a timely manner. Would definitely come back and recommend this store to others.
Visited this location a couple times & Nayeli greeted us as we walked in and was very friendly and helpful with us. She made sure she assisted us in what we were looking for and also provided other options. Overall, great customer service.
