I have been using Cab Trans for several years now for my car service to and from the airport for business trips. They are prompt, courteous, and make those early morning rides enjoyable. I consider them a valuable part of my business network and can't recommend them high enough.
Becareful! This company will take away your money if you prepaid and decided to cancel, I do not recommend this company at all.
I didn't use their service but I was heading south on Army Post Rd when the cab trans vehicle kept going in and out of the left lane like they were drunk.
I was picked pick off of 35 heading to Mn (truck broke down) June 20 2015. Driver drove me to enterprise car rental. Driver total me 60$ for the fare. I said thanks and gave him a 15% tip off my cc. After reviewing my statement I saw he overcharged me on my cc. Wow, great service. Never will use this service again. Promise !!
Been so disappointed in the past having to wait and worry about when a taxi would arrive with the other cab companies around that I was a little suspicious this might just be a new big claim company that would get here when they wanted. Really happy though, they came when they said they would and the driver even called me when he arrived.....awesome
This was the best experience I've ever had with a taxi! The car was spotless and was on a par with a car service but the rates were standard cab rates. The driver was polite and personable and made me feel comfortable.
Awesome; that's what we say!!!! My friends and I get together in West Des Moines frequently. Just girls weekend.. booked our car a week ahead and they were on time at all 3 times throughout the night. Driver was awesome... minivan was fabulous.. loved the lighting lol giggle giggle... Definitely recommend these guys to you.. definitely my first pick next time here in West Does Moines. !!!!
Read reviews and honestly had to compare with other companies. They had more good reviews than some others and I ask at hotel desk.Desk clerk said they had always had good luck with them so we tried it. WOW a black sedan came I think it was a new Chrysler 300 and took us to airport. It was $11.00 less than the cab that brought us to hotel. I saved their number and will definitely be my first call every time we are here in future.
This has been there best service I have ever had. The car was very clean and looked like new. The driver was professionally dressed and very polite. And he made me feel as if he cared and was happy to get me to my destination.
