Poor communication. Same review as others had written here.
I would have given this place a 4 for convenience and the fact that they take debit cards (points off for how long it took them to release the $200 deposit) however a month later after being home from my vacation I have been charged an additional $80 that I was not aware of without having any communication from them. I have tried to reach out to their phone number listed and have not heard back. Had to go through the process of cancelling my card due to fraud. Very irritating. I never write reviews but tell me how I booked this DAYS in advance and they canceled me on the SAME DAY. Now I have to book a new booking and there's a $300 EXTRA difference because it's so last minute.. they are so inconsiderate. The guy literally did not care.
Bait and switch company. Booked a car on booking.com for 4 days. Printed voucher and took all required documents for pick up. Told me I had to purchase there auto insurance for $182 or no car. I am fully insured with State Farm with very high limits. Told them to keep their car and now the fight begins to get my initial payment back. I'm not sure this is even legal but recommend avoiding this business.
