Poor communication. Same review as others had written here.
I would have given this place a 4 for convenience and the fact that they take debit cards (points off for how long it took them to release the $200 deposit) however a month later after being home from my vacation I have been charged an additional $80 that I was not aware of without having any communication from them. I have tried to reach out to their phone number listed and have not heard back. Had to go through the process of cancelling my card due to fraud. Very irritating.
