I never write reviews but tell me how I booked this DAYS in advance and they canceled me on the SAME DAY. Now I have to book a new booking and there's a $300 EXTRA difference because it's so last minute.. they are so inconsiderate. The guy literally did not care.
Bait and switch company. Booked a car on booking.com for 4 days. Printed voucher and took all required documents for pick up. Told me I had to purchase there auto insurance for $182 or no car. I am fully insured with State Farm with very high limits. Told them to keep their car and now the fight begins to get my initial payment back. I'm not sure this is even legal but recommend avoiding this business.
Extremely Disappointing Experience — Avoid at All Costs! Do not rent from this company, especially if you’re from out of state. Once you leave, getting in touch with them is nearly impossible—they ignore phone calls and emails. I was told I’d receive my security deposit back within a reasonable timeframe, but it took 3 to 6 months—completely unacceptable. Communication is absolutely terrible. Keep a look out for the fees they always tack them on at the very end before signing. I had to walk out and go to a more well known company like enterprise.
