Paid £12K for an Enve Fray "superbike" in Summer 2025. After many promises and delays they eventually agreed a refund in early Oct. 2025. But, despite multiple chasing via email and calls, still not refunded me! As things stand (7th Dec 2025) I have no bike and I am out of pocket by £12K.
