Five stars doesn’t do it justice. I’d rate it 100 stars if I could. And I do ! Mike, DaNeal and Brooke are phenomenal coaches …. In both physical activity as well as motivational and mental. Watching my daughter progress from “mom I don’t want to go “ on the way to the first lesson … to WANTING to go After the first lesson is huge as a mother to a teen girl ! Thank you for installing both physical and mental strength into a teen girl

Excellent for ages 11-18 and any fitness levels. As a mother of 4 boys it is challenging to get them to exercise on their own. They are guaranteed to get a good work out and have fun doing it.
