I booked an eyebrow wax and tint for 9:30 and the esthetician never showed up. I left at 10:10 am and her 10 am appointment was also waiting. The service was charged prior to my appointment so they refused to give me money back and insisted it’s a credit to use; incorrectly assuming I would ever be back. Previously I had also booked an hour massage and the massage therapist arrived 7 minutes late to the appointment and ended the massage 12 early. I had a wonderful experience at C3 Wellness Spa! I was able to book an appointment on short notice, which was incredibly convenient. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and friendly, making me feel immediately at ease. The service was exceptionally thorough and professional throughout. The worse eyebrow tint I ever received. The technician did no mapping before hand and started coloring my brows without asking any questions like “how do you like your eyebrows done?” well my brow laminate are rounder which i told her I like them squarish and the lines are sloppy.. Horrible service horrible job and horrible technician with lack of communication with their client. Should’ve known looking at her eyebrows that mines were not going to come out well.
Who does not love being pampered and feeling better? I am a regular and their monthly membership is great. The price is right. The only down for me is the Cypress Parkway location. The parking lot is always a mess with garbage etc and not well maintained. Yet walk through the door and you are transformed to a lovely spa. The therapists are extremely profeasional.
