I’m going to start off by saying ELIANA CALDERON was HORRIBLE to me. Super rude, unprofessional, & needs to better educate herself on drainless mini tummy tucks, how to act professional, work on her attitude/delivery & empathy & just overall BASIC customer service/ patient care. Would NEVER recommend her for a massage especially if it’s post-op massages. HOWEVER, Luz was an angel she did my massage- super sweet & gentle & considerate. Wonderful experience. Massage therapy was so innovative. Therapist was very experienced and detailed. Each time I have appt. I experience another high level of massage therapy. The therapist was very good, great skills. Thanks again.
I love this place, it is pristine clean, quiet and moderately priced. Front desk staff is very gracious and kind. I have been treated by a few estheticians, by far my favorites are Stephanie and Yvette. Plenty of parking. Recommended.
i would not recommend this place to anyone simply for the fact that their billing department and/or front staff were either not trained properly or just have no idea what they’re doing. they processed our insurance twice for $175 to get on a 2 minute phone call with a doctor to approve us for services. they told me that my insurance was in network, and that i could receive services. 2 days later, my husband was told he was not covered by insurance at their location, yet we are on the exact same insurance plan. i reached out ... read more
