Wade is the man! I was in a pinch two days before my DH race (I snapped my frame) he was able to get me a new frame and he switched all my parts over to the new frame in a day. Super stoked! Every other BIKE SHOP I called said they couldn’t do it so thank you C3. You guys are amazing!
Just went to the shop after a NTM ride. Have been experiencing rough shifting With a loose derailleur for the last six months. Put my head in the sand. They looked at it and recognized that the rear derailleur was toast as was the front ring and chain. They fixed it on the spot for a very reasonable price and sent me on my way. Super impressed with the service and attention to detail. Will definitely go back. Love this place!
Wade and the whole team at C3 are awesome. They have a great selection and options on parts to get your bike dialed! And the mechanics can work out all the kinks with service, I recently upgraded some cranks on my daughters bike…quick and thorough service.
I've been taking my bike to C3 for several years and always had a great experience with repair work getting done in a reasonable time and at a fair price. Friendly people and simply nothing to complain about. My experience dealing with a crash replacement frame however, has been nothing short of disappointing. I would encourage anyone working with this shop to really press for realistic time frames on the crash replacement process, even if you have an appointment so you don't find yourself disappointed over and over and over... read more
Definitely will not bring my bike here again. Took my bike in for basically a full service. Tube less tires, suspension service, brake bleed derailleur adjustment and what not. Was told it would be a week or so they ended up having my bike for just over a month. Once I took it home my rear wheel was leaking from multiple spokes. Took it in to address this and they didn’t seem too worried but I left it there and said I wanted it fixed. Once I got it back the second time it still leaks but not as bad.
