EDIT: they did not call to resolve like they said below. C3 was becoming my go-to bike shop, until I recently had a bad experience with them. I had them replace a chainring on my S-works Stumpjumper, which is 5 yrs old and 10,000+ miles. Immediately on the first ride after, my DUB self-extracting cap fell off and went missing. They said that they didn’t touch it, and that they “fall off way too much”. I had never had problems with that part falling off ever. Wade and team did a fantastic job on a beautiful frame up Niner build and bike fit. I learned a ton from talking to Wade to understand what I could do better in my gravel rides. I just went on my first 19 mile ride on this beautiful bike and had the best time. When there was a small issue, Wade made it right and went the extra mile to make sure I walked away happy. Highly recommend Wade and his shop!
