I am very hard to pleased but I think C2 finacial deserved the highest recognition. C2 has the best loan officer by the name Kathy Dominguez. We purchased our first home this year and utilized C2 financial. At first, we are going back and forth with in home lender primarily because of the 10k credit that they are offering.
